Ideal for waxing procedures and techniques, PKT5 is a special carver used to remove excess wax as cusp ridges are developed; its contour maintains desired convexity at these ridges. Maintenance Tip: Do not expose instruments to temperatures in excess of 350° F/176.6° C. Repeated heating to extreme temperatures and cooling may cause instrument failure or breakage.
