Castroviejo needle holders have a flat handle with a textured non slip grip. The Micro tips are great for suturing fine surgical sites. A needle larger then a C-3 shouldn't be used for the standard castroviejo needle holder, or it could cause damage to the beaks. Additonally, the beaks have carbide tips to eliminate the rotation of the needle while suturing. Made in Germany from 100% German stainless steel.
